The FTP site has been replaced by a <a href=\"http://woudc.org/about/data-access.php#waf\">web accessible folder (WAF)</a>, which provides various advantages over an FTP site and makes available a straightforward transition (see the <a href=\"https://github.com/woudc/woudc/wiki/WAFHowto\">WAFHowto</a> for help). Users are encouraged to provide feedback through the WOUDC <a href=\"http://woudc.org/contact.php\">email address</a>.",
